Refund Policy:

We hope you love the items you ordered and received, but just in case you aren’t happy with something, here is everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

  • Our refund policy lasts for 14 days for boutique credit only.  If 14 days has passed since your order was fulfilled, we can not offer store credit or exchanges.
  • Please enclose original receipt with your returned items. please include any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.
  • Please note: orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days from the delivery date in order to receive a refund for boutique credit.
  • No returns/ exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. if we decide to allow a return outside of return policy a 25% restocking fee will be applied to each item. thank you for understanding.
  • Returned merchandise worth a value of $200(+) are subject to a 30% restocking fee. the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund prior to receiving it.
  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached and unwashed. we reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
  • Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hairs or have odor (cigarette smoke, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted.
  • All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. 
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. we do recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

 Final Sale:

  • All graphics are made to order and therefore are final sale.  If a graphic needs to be exchanged for another size, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return and there will be a 25% restocking fee.
  • All custom order graphics are final sale and payment for the items is due up front before the graphics will be made.
  • Discount codes of 35% or more will be final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • All clearance and sale items are final sale.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
